  • 2 cups basmati rice
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 small onion
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions

Mushroom rice is a flavorful and aromatic dish that pairs well with grilled meats or vegetables.
