- 2 cups cooked rice
- 3 eggs
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 cup spring onions
- 2 cloves garlic

Directions
Egg fried rice is a quick and tasty dish that can be made using leftover rice.
Step 1
Heat oil in a wok or large frying pan. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.

Crack eggs into the pan and scramble them gently until fully cooked.

Add cooked rice and mix well with the eggs.
Step 4
