Egg Fried Rice

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 cup spring onions
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions

Egg fried rice is a quick and tasty dish that can be made using leftover rice.

Step 1

Heat oil in a wok or large frying pan. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.

Step 2

Crack eggs into the pan and scramble them gently until fully cooked.

Step 3

Add cooked rice and mix well with the eggs.

Step 4

Pour soy sauce and sprinkle salt. Stir fry for about 4–5 minutes until the rice becomes hot and slightly crispy.
