  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
  • 1/4 cup peanuts
  • 2 green chilies chopped
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • Salt to taste

Directions

Lemon rice is a light and refreshing rice dish that is quick to prepare and full of flavor.

Step 1

Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds. Let them crackle.

Step 3

Add turmeric powder and cooked rice. Mix gently so the rice is evenly coated.

Step 4
