Returns

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and unopened
  • The product must be in its original packaging
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase

Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of opened food products unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed
  • A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or card provider

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

Once approved, we will provide instructions for exchange or replacement.

Return Shipping

If your return is approved:

  • Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • If a refund is issued, return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking confirmation.

If you haven’t received your refund:

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel or modify your order.
